OUR PROGRAMS
Every program we run answers a specific need a homeless or at-risk veteran on Long Island faces today. From the basics that restore dignity to the long-term connections that rebuild lives.
HYGIENE KITS
Toiletries, personal care items, and basic supplies — the essentials that restore dignity for veterans without stable housing.
CLOTHING
From everyday wear to seasonal essentials, we provide clean, appropriate clothing so veterans can present themselves with confidence.
FOOD ASSISTANCE
Hot meals, snacks, and grocery support so no veteran on Long Island goes without nourishment.
REFER & CONNECT
We bridge veterans to housing programs, medical services, mental health support, and the VA benefits they’ve earned.
COLD WEATHER SUPPORT
Jackets, blankets, hand warmers, and emergency shelter coordination during the harshest months on Long Island.
VETERAN RESOURCES
A direct line to the federal, state, and local programs that exist to help — but are too often hard to navigate alone.
OUR APPROACH
Real outreach means showing up, listening, and following through. Here’s how we do it.
WE IDENTIFY
Through partnerships with VFW posts, American Legion halls, and community referrals, we find the veterans who need help most.
WE ENGAGE
We meet veterans where they are — on the streets, in shelters, in their homes — with dignity, patience, and the respect they earned.
WE SUPPORT
From immediate needs to long-term stability, we stay with each veteran until they’re standing on their own.
